About Us

The District was incorporated on April 2, 2002 by an election of the voters to provide water and sewer facilities and services on a non-profit basis to the resident and businesses of the District.  Our service area covers the entirety of Horseshoe Bend.  On November 3, 2015 the District purchased Ozark Shores Water Company adding 1,870 customers totaling 2,136 water customers and 131 sewer customers.  We currently have 6 deep water wells, 3 water towers and 1 ground storage providing peak flow of 1,773,290 gallons per day and 1,736,000 of storage capacity.
